Ticketing
When will I receive my wristband? / When will wristbands ship?
Wristbands will begin shipping approximately four weeks prior to the festival. Orders are shipped out in batches, so don’t stress if your friend received theirs and you haven’t! You’ll receive an email confirmation once your wristband is shipped out. If you purchase your ticket within 7 days of the festival, you will pick up your wristbands at Will Call located at the Box Office. Please have your Front Gate Tickets order confirmation and government-issued ID ready. If you have not received your wristband(s) within four days of the festival, please contact our friends at Front Gate Tickets.
Is there an official place to buy tickets if they're sold out or sell resale tickets if I can no longer attend?
Fans now have the ability to sell and purchase through Ticketmaster’s Verified Ticket Exchange. If you purchased a ticket and can no longer attend the festival, you can also use the exchange to resell your tickets. Sign in to your Front Gate Tickets account and under “Your Account” select “Order History” to list your ticket on the Ticketmaster Verified Exchange.
