IS THERE AN AGE MINIMUM?
Yes, the event is 21+
CREDENTIALS & SECURITY:
There will be strict credential checking and security throughout the property to ensure all guests have a safe and comfortable experience. Guests who purchase a VIP pass, will not be able to access the Palm Club Tables. Guests who purchase a GA ticket, will not be able to access the VIP or Palm Club Tables.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY CREDENTIALS?
All guests must present a barcode in order to pick up their wristbands and credentials on-site the day of the festival. Additional information will be emailed to guests the week of the event.
CAN I PARK AT THE EVENT?
Yes, you must purchase a parking pass to park your vehicle on the property if it is not included in your ticket purchase. VIP parking passes are available for purchase on our website palmtreemusicfestival.com. You will need to present your parking QR code to be scanned upon arrival.
CAN I BE DROPPED OFF AT THE EVENT?
Yes, we will share detailed drop-off and pick up information a few days prior to the event. All guests will still need to pick up their credentials at the off-site location prior to entering the property.
WILL THERE BE SEATING?
Yes, guests in the On Stage, RV and Palm Club categories will have private lounge furniture for their group. Guests in the VIP and GA sections will have lounge furniture spaced out throughout the section for shared access.
SINCE THE EVENT IS AT AN AIRPORT, CAN I LAND MY HELICOPTER/PLANE ON PROPERTY THE DAY OF THE EVENT?
Yes, the airport will only be partially closed and will be operational the day/evening of the event. We will be sharing charter/landing details in the coming weeks. We recommend purchasing your ticket package and sending us an email if you plan to arrive by air.
CAN YOU HELP ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE EVENT FOR A LARGER GROUP?
Yes! Please contact us at ptmf@uncommonent.com for special packages including party buses and more.
WILL THERE BE CONCESSIONS ONSITE AND CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD, BEVERAGE, OR ALCOHOL
Food and beverage offerings are showcased on the ticket page. You will not be able to bring in your own food or beverages. All guests will be required to display a valid ID prior to being served, proving 21+.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?
All types of food and beverages are strictly prohibited along with illegal drugs, weapons, pets, grills, fire pits, fireworks, banners, signs, bicycles, mopeds, large inflatables.
WHERE CAN I BUY FESTIVAL MERCHANDISE?Exclusive merch for the event can be purchased on www.palmtreecrew.com. Items will also be available for sale on-site at the event.
Ticketing
Are tickets refundable after purchase and what if there is inclement weather?
Tickets are non-refundable when purchased and the event is rain or shine.
Ticket Information
Wristband’s pick-up information will be sent to purchasers via email. Palm Tree Music Festival is a rain or shine event. If the event is rescheduled for a future date, your ticket will be valid for the new date and no refund option will be given.
FESTIVAL RULES & POLICIES
- The festival is 21+.
- Everyone is subject to search at Festival entrance gates and on the grounds.
- Wristband is void if tampered with or damaged.
- NO wristband sharing.
- Festival is rain or shine.
- No refunds; all sales are final.
- No downgrades; but you may upgrade your purchases.
FESTIVAL SAFETY
Safety and security are at the core of an enjoyable experience at Palm Tree Music Festival.
We are working with local, state, and federal authorities to ensure the safest possible experience for our fans, staff, volunteers, and artists. Uniformed and plain-clothed security will be present throughout the Festival site and are available 24/7 to respond and assist with any safety or security needs.
To ensure everyone’s safety, some of the security measures you will notice upon your arrival include vehicle searches, bag checks, metal detectors for all staff and attendees, and dog sweeps.
If you see something, say something. If anything seems out of place or suspicious, please notify the nearest security, medical or general staff member.
COVID-19: We continue to monitor the evolving health mandates and regulations. For the most current COVID-19 information relating to the festival, please refer to the COVID-19 section below, which will be updated as the festival approaches. While safety is our top priority, the risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
If you or someone you know needs medical assistance at the festival, flag down nearby emergency or security staff or go to the First Aid location. The First Aid location is a safe space. Be honest with emergency personnel. They are there to help you, not to get you in trouble. Any information provided to emergency personnel is kept confidential.

COVID-19 WARNING
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19.
We will be following all local COVID guidelines corresponding to up to date information the day of the festival. Currently, no COVID related restrictions are in place.
